Hi, Mama. I´m Maike!

I am the founder of Maike Mancuso Coaching and the Mama Method supporting Mamas during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond by delivering curated at-home and live workouts, workshops and on-demand programs to support you on your journey through motherhood with confidence, community and joy.

I am the mama of two boys, pregnant with my third (A GIRL), originally from Germany, loving life in California. I know life can get busy and I have created this program to allow you to just follow along with simple video instructions, take the guess work out of your postpartum recovery and your return back to fitness.


I am a Certified Health Coach, Fitness and Yoga Instructor with a pre and postnatal specialization.

Is this programright for me?

This program is designed for new mamas to reconnect to the core, build the mind muscle connection after major changes in the core after pregnancy and birth, restoring the core and rebuilding strength. While some breathing exercises and light exercises are safe to do shortly after birth, we do recommend waiting closer to 6 weeks postpartum or doctor clearance to start this or any other workout program. This program is safe for pregnant mamas as well (we recommend staying mindful in all movements and avoiding long periods of time in a supine position (30+ seconds in the second and third trimester or when experience any discomfort)


Seasoned mamas may also benefit from this program, especially if you experience DR* symptoms or pelvic floor dysfunctions.


*Diastisis Recti is the separation of the abdominal muscle rectus abdomens (two fingers width or wider and may cause back pain, bulging and coning of the abdominal wall under tension - to just name a few.)


How will I access the program?

You will create a login when purchasing the course and you can come back to this page and login whenever you want to access the program. It is accesible via mobile browser and desktop browser.


You will be able to access the content even after completing the program. You will also get any updates that are being made (added materials, new workouts, etc.) for free.
